I may allow a minor adjustment or two, however it is not an iterative process, this is not the price point for that and not traditional commissioning.

In your initial inquiry please tell me exactly what you’re after, not ‘can you make a fantasy sword?’, specific name and game, and whether you’re after just the model or in the case of life size a printed kit as well. My specialty is video game fan art, I am not a freelancer and never have been, traditional freelance work like turning artworks or film props into models is not something I do, there are hundreds of people who specialise in that already over on Fiverr. Commissioning is only to pay for my time to make something I had no plans to do, the way I do it in my style, just as you would a painter etc. Every quote for every model is unique to that model. First for miniatures, at the low end would be about 60USD, think something like a basic Hollow Soldier from Dark Souls, at the high end would be 200+USD, think a large complex Elden Ring boss. For life size, at the low end would be about 80USD, think something like a detailed longsword or helmet, fictional firearms are usually a bit higher, and at the high end would be 300+USD, think a full set of heavy armour.
